Study of chemical composition of peptides as а part of niosomal drug «Regenerin»

The peptide composition of the drug «Regenerin» on the basis of animal placenta extracts was studied by mass spectrometry. It was shown that the obtained mass spectra include signals of different intensities in the range 2000– 10 500 Da. Characteristic features of a number of isolated peptides has been described. The peptides of molecular weight 1000–10 000 Da were represented by cytomedins, which play an important role in maintaining the structural homeostasis of cell populations. These substances have the ability to regulate the functional activity of the cell populations, which explains the regenerative ability of the drug in chemical burns.
