Reoangiography study was used to assess endothelial function. Estimation of endothelium-dependent vasodilation and endothelium-independent vasoconstriction was performed in 155 children and teenagers with type 1 diabetes and an early stage of diabetic nephropathy. High information value of endothelial dysfunction in diagnostics of microangiopathy and diabetic nephropathy has been demonstrated.
