[Surgery]
Oleg Belokon; Rostislav Mozheyko; Alexandr Sletov;

The article presents the results of the treatment of 91 patients with cerebral aneurysmal disease complicated by acute hemorrhagic disorders of cerebral circulation. It was established that morphological and functional abnormalities were determined by the presence of the predictors and risk factors of the adverse outcomes of the expressed widespread vasospasm. Management of aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage using endovascular high-tech methods and chemical angioplasty for the relief of vasospasm allows significant reducing the patients’ mortality.
