The structure and organization of the arterial bed of the heart play an important role in the blood supply of its tissues. The study of patterns of changes in morphometric parameters of coronary arteries based on the laws of hydrodynamics will allow to evaluate the distribution conditions of blood through the branches of the coronary arteries. The aim is to define the laws of changes of the arterial bed of the human heart depending of cardiac cycle phases.

161 coronary angiograms of people of both sexes aged 36 to 74, were investigated (without the signs of pathological changes in coronary arteries) using the programs «Syngo Fast View», «Adobe Photoshop CS7», «Microsoft Excel», «SPSS». We revealed the patterns of changes in diameter of the main trunk of the right and left coronary arteries and the angles between them in norm in various phases of the cardiac cycle in men and women in the second period of mature and senior age.

Patterns of changes of angioarchitectonics of the arterial bed of the heart, depending on the phases of the cardiac cycle are the basis for evaluation myocardial blood supply using the laws of hemodynamics.
