Yoga therapy in compleх treatment of chronic vertebrogenic pain in the lower back

The aim was to assess yoga effect in the complex treatment of patients with chronic vertebrogeniс lower back pain syndromes. 40 patients with chronic vertebrogenic lower back pain syndromes were investigated. In the index group we observed the reliable decrease of the pain syndrome, increase of lumbar mobility and decrease of neurodystrophic syndrome. The data obtained indicate the efficacy of yoga in the complex treatment of chronic vertebrogenic pain in the lower back while reducing side effects.
