Epidemiology of dysfunctional disorders of the biliary tract in children and adolescents of Krasnodar territory

A complex assessment of the health status of 843 DDBT children at the ages of 1 to 17 was performed. We evaluated the clinical condition, the data of instrumental and biochemical studies. Prevalence and incidence were studied from the perspective of the impact of environmental pollution. Dependence of DDBT epidemiological characteristics on gender, age of children and adolescents, on the environmental conditions of permanent residence, the type of sphincter disorders of the gallbladder and Oddi sphincter was established.
