Assessment of the influence of nature of tubercular process on the outcome of the stationary stage of treatment at patients with the combination of tuberculosis and HIV-infection

For the purpose of an assessment of influence of tubercular process on an outcome of a stationary stage of treatment at patients with tuberculosis with HIV infection 347 cases of treatment in a hospital from which two groups were distinguished are analyzed: cases with adverse and with a favorable outcome of a course of hospitalization. We carried out assessments of force of connection of separate characteristics of tubercular process for the outcome of the combined pathology by means of the correlation analysis of Spirmen. As a result of research it was revealed that widespread specific process with destruction and an обсеменение, with bacterioexcretion and registration of strains of mycobacteria of tuberculosis of multiple medicinal stability approached a disease outcome at the patient to the adverse.
