Connection linear parameters of liver with individual somatotype

Development of the regulatory database of liver linear parameters due to spiral computed tomography (SCT) in view of the individual constitution will contribute to the accuracy of data interpretation. 193 persons 16 – 35 years of age were examined using abdominal SKT. Somatotype was determined by the method of L. Rees – H. J. Eysenck (1945). According to the somatotype surveyed were divided into three groups. Statistical analysis revealed reliably significant differences in the values of the linear dimensions of liver in patients with different somatotypes. Interpretation of the liver SCT results without taking into account the anthropometric parameters may lead to an incorrect evaluation of the data obtained.
