Development and experimental use of new dental materials for stimulation of reparative osteogenesis in the treatment of destructive forms of chronic periodontitis

The study was aimed to evaluate clinical effectiveness of the newly developed paste for the experimental chronic periodontitis treatment. The experiment was performed on 8 sheep. The paste was find useful for optimization of reparative osteogenesis by filling root canals in destructive chronic periodontitis. The unique combination of components provides a therapeutic effect of the paste due to stimulation of reparative process in damaged by inflammation bone stucture.
