Statistical and biorhythmological analysis of the stroke incidence in different time intervals in population of a large industrial centre was carried out to study possibilities of its prediction and prevention. The objects were 2433 patients. The incidence of stroke per year had two peaks – in June (281 case – 11,5 %) and October–November (415 cases of 17,1 %). Incidence of ischaemic stroke per week was less variable (13,5–15,9 %) and Incidence of hemorrhagic stroke varied in a wide range – from 10,3 % in the fifth day of the week to 20,6 % in the second day. The maximum stroke incidence was observed in the afternoon (12.00–15.59). Thus, biorhythmical variability of homeostasis play a significant role in the development of cerebrovascular accident. Knowledge of cardiovascular accidents risk time is important for organization of medical care.
