A comparative analysis of the treatment results was performed for 52 patients with the long-term non-healing wounds, 40–85 years, who have been in inpatient and outpatient treatment. The study group underwent complex surgical treatment using a cold plasma flow, aerogel chitosan wound dressings and a gel with chitosan, lidocaine and an antiseptic. For a systemic stimulating effect, Ximedon was used. The dynamics of healing and the patient’s condition were monitored in a standard electronic database of a medical institution, and in parallel, data were entered into the personalized electronic program «Dispensary Card Wounds Scars». There was a reduction in the healing time from an average of 35.09±6.07 days in the control group to 21.35±3.63 days in the study group, a significant decrease in bacterial contamination and the risk of complications.
