The item contains a clinical case presentation of managing a patient going through their early postoperative period with cervical spine stenosis complicated by cervical myelopathy. The patient underwent comprehensive treatment for two weeks, whereas the treatment itself involved modern rehabilitation technologies. There is also a description offered for the key principles underlying the therapeutic effect of the proposed methods. The presented clinical case serves an illustration to the effectiveness of these techniques, which feature a high rehabilitative potential and may contribute to improving the patient’s quality of life.
