The study implied analyzing the effect that monoclonal antibodies (IgG) to dopamine receptors Type 1 and 2 (DR1 and DR2) and NMDA receptors (NR2A NR2B subunits) have on the cyclic AMP (c-AMP) levels of isolated lymphocytes. Per each antibody there were solutions prepared at concentrations of 3 ng/ml, 30 ng/ml and 300 ng/ml, as well as the Antibody combinations were prepared: NR2A+DR1; NR2A+DR2; NR2B+DR1; NR2B+DR2. Solutions with the concentration of each antibody were prepared for each combination: 3x300 ng/ml; 30x30 ng/ml; 300x3 ng/ml. Isolated blood lymphocytes of healthy rats were treated in vitro with solutions of antibodies and their combinations. The control series of experiments relied on a solution containing no antibodies. All solutions containing individual antibodies had a greater reducing effect on the c-AMP level in lymphocytes if compared to the control series. The most significant decrease in c-AMP was obtained using antibodies to NR2A at concentrations of 30 and 300 ng/ml, antibodies to NR2B 3 and 300 ng/ml. Solutions of antibodies to DR1 reduced c-AMP more strongly than antibodies to DR2. A combination of antibodies in solutions resulted in a mutually enhanced or weakened effect. Potentiation of the effect of antibodies with a significant decrease in c-AMP levels was identified when using NR2A+DR2 at concentrations of 3x300 ng/ml. The effect of antibodies on the c-AMP level could be eliminated through using antibodies to NR2A+DR1 (concentrations: 30x30 ng/ml) and NR2B+DR1 (300x3 ng/ml). In these cases, the c-AMP levels in lymphocytes featured no difference from the control series of experiments. In case there was a combination of NR2A+DR2 antibodies at a concentration of 30x30 ng/ml, the effect on the c-AMP content proved weakened.
