The renal and cardiac dysmorphic stigmas, and plasma renin level were assessed in 80 patients with arterial hypertension and additional renal arteries (66 men, 14 women, 27.0±0.66 years) to determine the phenotype features. Incomplete doubling of renal calyx-pelvis system was revealed in 55 % of patients with arterial hypertension and additional renal arteries. Small heart abnormalities were revealed in 42 % of patients with arterial hypertension and additional renal arteries. The high-level variant of arterial hypertension was determined in 56 % of patients with additional renal arteries. Рrobability of high-renin hypertension formation has significant increases in cases of combination of multiple additional renal arteries and doubling of renal calyx-pelvis system.
