The proliferative activity of primary cultures of rabbit adipose tissue derivate mesenchymal stromal cells was assessed using experimental samples based on collagen from the submucosa of the pig small intestine, containing MSC exosomes and DEFb103A. The materials are not cytotoxic and do not interfere with the proliferative activity of cells. The results obtained are allow providing the in vivo studies of the biocompatibility of materials.
