The paper presents the results of diagnosis and treatment of patients with phlegmon of the upper limb (shoulder and forearm) against the background of compartment syndrome. The study included 134 patients with intermuscular phlegmon of the shoulder and forearm, aged 18 to 75 years. The subjects were divided into two groups: I (the control group, n=62) and II (the main group, n=72). All subjects underwent tissue pressure control by using a portable monitor «Stryker» (RF patent № 2699964). In group II, surgical treatment was performed by the proposed method (RF patent № 2755169), taking into account the tissue pressure index. Complex treatment of phlegmon of the upper limb in combination with the treatment of compartment syndrome leads to good results
