The content of neurotrophic factors was determined in the blood of 58 children with cerebral palsy and their dynamics after a course of classes with dolphins and on a robotic «brain – computer – exoskeleton» interface system. It has been established that these types of rehabilitation cause certain changes in the content of neurotrophic factors: a statistically insignificant increase after dolphin therapy and a decrease after robot training. Apparently, the above methods of rehabilitation have different mechanisms of influence on the processes of neurotrophic regulation, reparative processes in the central nervous system
