A clinical case of microscopic polyarteritis complicated by aseptic thrombendocarditis with aortic valve lesion

[Notes from practice]
Alexandr Yagoda; Natalia Gladkikh; Pavel Koroy; Viktorovna Borodina Lyudmila;

A clinical case of one of the ANCA-positive systemic vasculitis is presented – microscopic polyarteritis (polyangiitis), occurring with early damage of lung (interstitial type of lesion, hemoptysis) and kidneys (progressive course of glomerulonephritis), clinical and laboratory manifestations of antiphospholipid syndrome, with rare complication in form of non-infectious thrombotic endocarditis of aortic valve and formation of combined valvular defect.
