The objective was to study the effect of the glutamic acid (compound RSPU-238) derivatives and GABA (compound RSPU260) on endothelial function and the state of platelet and coagulation hemostasis in rats after chronic alcohol intoxication (CAI). The CAI was modeled for 24 weeks by replacing drinking water by 10 % ethanol solution with a 5 % sucrose solution. Endothelial dysfunction was observed in rats after the abolition of ethanol – they had low linear and volumetric blood flow rates after administration of acetylcholine and L-NAME compared to intact animals, a large number of desquamated endothelial cells. A low level of fibrinogen, low indicators of the degree and rate of platelet aggregation were revealed in rats after CAI. A significantly more pronounced reaction of the endothelium to the introduction of analyzers and a lower number of desquamated endothelial cells, an increase in the rate and degree of platelet aggregation, as well as the concentration of fibrinogen to a level close to the values of intact animals were observed in rats with CAI who received the next day after the end of alcoholization of the compounds RSPU-260 (25 mg/kg), RSPU-238 (28.7 mg/kg) and mildronate (50 mg/kg) intraperitoneally once a day for 14 days.
