The article presents a clinical case of diagnosis and treatment of children’s multisystem inflammatory syndrome associated with a new coronavirus infection (COVID-19) in a 12-year-old girl. The clinical picture, the dynamics of the disease, the results of instrumental and laboratory findings and successful treatment of the patient are described.
