Types of microcirculatory disorders in women with un differentiated connective tissue displasia

Types of microcirculatory disorders in women with undifferentiated connective tissue dysplasia (UDCTD) according to the biomicroscopy of the vascular network of the bulbar conjunctiva of the outer angle with the calculation of conjunctivational indices are described. In the 1st observation group (n=49, the average age 37.7±6.9 years) in women of marfanoid type, a spastic type of microcirculation (MC) was diagnosed, in the 2nd observation group – in women of an ehlers – like morphotype (n=42, average age 39.4±6.4 years) – a stagnant type, in the comparison group (n=44, average age 38.2±5.9 years) single microcirculation disorders were observed. Various variants of microcirculatory disorders with different morphotypes in women with NDST can influence the pathogenetic mechanisms of aging and possible options for its correction.
