The study was investigation of the receptor apparatus, apoptosis, proliferation factors, and tumor marker parameters in the myomatous nodes and endometrium of simple and proliferating uterine fibroids, and also to identify the relationship between these indicators. We examined 24 non-pregnant women of reproductive age with a diagnosis of nodular uterine fibroids of various localization (intramural, subserous, submucous). Clinical studies were conducted during 2018–2019. A sample was taken into groups depending on the clinical course of the disease. Group A – 13 women of reproductive age with proliferating myoma, group B – 11 women of reproductive age with simple myoma. In the study of steroid hormone receptors, the results of predominantly progesterone dependence of myomatous nodes are obtained. The expression of estrogens in the myomatous node has a linear positive dependence on expression in the stroma of the endometrium. It was found that the activity of Ki-67 does not significantly depend on the localization of myomatous nodes. It has been proven that progesterone, by binding to its receptors, leads to the induction of Bcl-2 expression, which blocks apoptosis, thereby increasing the cell life cycle, which promotes the growth of the myomatous node.
