Comparative evaluation of surgical access upgrading technique in gastric cancer surgery
Comparative analysis of objective quality criteria for surgical access using different instrumental techniques in gastroectomy was carried out. New operational dilator allowed to reduce the depth of the wound and to increase the tilt angle of surgery actions axis. The above technique has contributed to the improvement of surgical «window» quality.
