Glycogen-rich clear cell carcinoma (GRCC) is a rare variant of invasive ductal carcinoma (about 1–3 %). Cases diagnosed with GRCC (n=9) were discovered in archival materials of breast cancer (n=2240, from 2010 to 2017). The existence of the PASpositive cancer cells, as well as a moderate degree of cell proliferation of Ki-67 (26,3±0,1 %) against the background of p63 decrease (7,1±0,1 %) and an increase of HER2/neu expression (82,2±0,5 %), in the absence of ER and PGR labeling was found by using a complex of morphological and immunohistochemical methods. Based on the data obtained, it can be concluded that this tumor has a dismal prognosis.
