In an experimental study, a morphological analysis of microcirculatory changes in enteroenteroanastomosis in 72 rats was carried out. It was found that that the most pronounced microcirculatory disorders in the intestinal wall occur under the influence of mezaton, which contributes to the development of anastomotic leakage. The use of droperidol prevented the development of hypoxic tissue damage and promoted the stimulation of reproduction processes.
