The article assesses the possibilities and effectiveness of navigational interventions for parapancreatic destructive changes in patients with necrotizing pancreatitis. The study examined the results of treatment of 87 patients with necrotizing pancreatitis and parapancreatic destructive changes of varying degrees of prevalence, who were hospitalized from 2011 to 2019. Wherein, there were 74.7 % of men and 25.3 % of women. Working-age persons predominated – 65.5 %. According to the etiology of acute pancreatitis, patients were distributed as follows: alimentary-alcoholic factor was 51.7 %, biliary pancreatitis – 44.8%, post-traumatic pancreatitis –3.5 %. Moderate acute pancreatitis was diagnosed in 58.6 % of patients; severe acute pancreatitis was detected in 41.4 % of cases. The need to perform «open» surgical interventions in the process of using minimally invasive technologies arose in 15 patients (17.2 %). The duration of inpatient treatment was 67.5±16.5 days in operated patients and 47.6±13.7 days in non-operated patients. 75 (86.2 %) patients recovered, 12 (13.8 %) died.
