Immunomodulatory and antibacterial preparations in etiotropic therapy of plague in experimental animals

The purpose of research was studying of combined influence of cefepim and imunofan on some parameters of cellular immunity in laboratory animals with experimental plague.
The data analysis has revealed an expression cytotoxic lymphocytes in mice without immunomodulatory therapy. Marked activation of cellular immunity was observed after imunofan application since 5–7 day of experiment.
Conclusion: use of imunofan for correction of the immunological background is perspective approach in complex therapy of experimental plague.
