In 66 patients with cystic fibrosis (82% of children), the clinical and anamnestic, laboratory, genetic and functional characteristics were studied depending on the climatic zones of residence in the Republic of Crimea (marine, foothill or steppe). The most favorable course of cystic fibrosis was observed in patients of the steppe region, which is associated with warm year-round weather, low relative humidity and stable atmospheric pressure. The results can be used in the development of differentiated rehabilitation measures.
