Internatonal approach to the narcotic and psychotropic substances expansion control

Complex analysis of international collaboration
experience in narcotic and psychotropic substances
expansion control was performed for developing sci-
entific legal framework of Russian legislative regula-
tion. The study objects were international legal acts,
programs and control mechanism for the narcotic
and psychotropic substances expansion that were in
force for the last 50 years.
The authors consider that solution of a problem
of the narcotic and psychotropic substances expan-
sion requires wide international collaboration and
also complex interdisciplinary balanced approach
toward the supply and demand reducing.
