Renal denervation– new approaches in the search for optimization of hypotensive effect

The first results of a pilot study on animals are presented in order to study the efficacy and safety of the laparoscopic renal denervation technique in the resistant form of arterial hypertension. Renal denervation was performed by laparoscopic access, both parararterial nerve fibers in adipose tissue, and located in the adventitial layer of the renal
artery were interrupted.
