Results of operative treatment and histologic research of 112 patients with the widespread purulent peritonitis divided into three groups depending on postoperative tactics were analyzed: group 1 included 34 patients after flow-fractional peritoneal lavage, group 2 – 41 patients after laparostomy by closed devisceration, group 3 – 37 patients after programmed abdominal sanations and peritoneal lavage under videolaparascopic control.
10 days videolaparoscopic sanations were enough for almost complete subside of acute inflammatory process and termination of peritonitis acute phase.
The data obtained provided benefits of videolaparascopic sanations in patients with general peritonitis, reduction of traumatism and number of resanations, treatment time saving.
