Non -compact myocardium of the left ventricle in a pregnant patient with inherited thrombophilia: clinical case investigation

A case of observation of a 26-year-old pregnant woman with a noncompact myocardium of the left ventricle and inherited thrombophilia after a myocardial infarction was given. The course of pregnancy was complicated by decompensation of heart failure and ventricular arrhythmias. Despite the extremely high risk of fatal complications, there was a favorable outcome of pregnancy with the birth of a healthy child. During the two-year observation period, the patient’s condition remains stable.
