Changes in the spectrum of synovial fluid globulin in gonarthrosis

The study of total protein and protein fractions in synovial fluid of patients with I, II and III stages of single and bilateral gonosteoarthrosis was carried out. Measuring globulin alowed discovering the changes in globulins’ levels depending on the stage and expansion of the process. The content of the synovial globulin factions provides an opportunity
to describe the osteoarthrosis progression.
