sesquiterpene lactones in the leaves of Laurus nobilis L. using HPLC

Authors of the article developed a technique of quantitative determination of costunolid and dehydrocostuslactone in leaves of bay laurel with use of high performance liquid chromatography. The developed technique was validated on the basic indicators that confirms the possibility of its use for quantitative determination of sesquiterpene lactones
in these raw materials.
