The paper defined the frequency of detection of developmental abnormalities, phenotypic and syndromic manifestations of CTD in polyclinics of Stavropol and Stavropol Territory, as well as through a retrospective analysis of medical records. Signs of connective tissue dysplasia are revealed in 5.8–20 % of the patients. The data on the frequency of certain phenotypic features of CTD are given.
