Study cardiotoxicity niosomal forms of doxorubicin

The article presents the results of study of chronic cardiotoxicity of the normal form of doxorubicin. Monitoring of the physiological state of the heart showed that long-term administration of the drug at a dose of 2.6 mg/kg results in an increase in dispersion of repolarization, thus reducing the strength of ventricular depolarization. Increase in force
and time of depolarization of the atria is observed. Reducing of the dose of the drug up to 1.6–2.0 mg/kg reduces the threat of doxorubicin cardiomyopathy.
