Allergic history, the nature and the level of sensitization of biomarkers of allergic inflammation in preschool children with asthma

The article presents the analysis of the severity, sensibilization and biomarkers of allergic inflammation levels in preschool children with bronchial asthma. The reliable difference in the disease clinical course and levels of allergic inflammation biomarkers was revealed in bronchial asthma of different severity. The results highlight the feasibility of the complex analysis of informative markers of bronchial asthma in preschoolers to provide the supplementary information for diagnosis and monitoring of allergic inflammation of the lower respiratory tract.
