Morphological analysis of periodontal status using different types of endodontic sealers

This article presents the results of morphological study of periodontium direct contact with ndosealers. Periodontium histological features were investigated by morphometric analysis and semiquantitative assessment scale. It was found that the application of the modern endosealers for root canal obturation is accompanied by minor or moderate, depending on the physicochemical properties of the substance, reactive and reversible inflammation. Experimental studies allowed to expand the practical knowledge of biocompatibility of modern endosealers with body tissues.
