Comparative characteristics of the heart subepicardial arterial bed without disturbance of coronary circulation and at myocardial infarction

Subepicardial branchings of the anterior interventricular and circumflex branch of the left coronary artery were studied in 40 hearts and 45 lifetime coronarographies in men in their second part of adulthood and elderly period with left, right, and uniform variants of coronary branching in norm and at myocardial infarction. We give the comparative characteristics of the coefficient of constriction of the total luminal diameter of the arterial bed of the heart in people in their second part of adulthood and elderly period with different variants of branching of the coronary arteries without circulatory disorders in the coronary arteries and at myocardial infarction.
