[Morphology]

The histological features of parenchymal organs of laboratory rats with hypercoagulation at the 3rd trimester of pregnancy were investigated. In the liver parenchyma we revealed thrombi in the lumen of the central veins, swelling of hepatocytes and granular cytoplasm, decreasing of glycogen content in hepatocytes, degenerative changes in the liver cells, center-lobular liver necrosis; in the spleen tissue – infarction areas, demarcation zone with leukocyte infiltration at the periphery of infarction zone, anemia of red pulp.
