Screening of 1350 students of STSMU show risk factors of presence of socially significant diseases at sufficient frequent intervals, starting with the 1st year of study .It is noted that these risk factors are mostly gender and are more demonstrated among young men. Also the differences are discovered depending on the faculty of education - the cases of high blood pressure in young men were more often recorded in the Pediatric and Dental faculties. Among the future dentists and biotechnologists cases of overweight more likely occurred. Carriers of the risk factors showed, despite the young age, the worst indicators of neuro-regulatory status and higher parameters of vascular rigidity, reflecting the presence of premorbid asymptomatic changes in the framework of the onset of cardiovascular continuum. The data are collected from the experience of the Centre for Student Health STSMU, which works for the development and implementation of real and network forms of mass, group and personalized preventive work among students, taking into account the identified profile of the threats to their cardiometabolic health.
