Stomatologic health of the elderly residing in gerontological establishments of social protection system in Stavropol region

Stomatologic health in residents of establishments of social protection was estimated. In 25,3 % of cases dental health status was bad. More than 60 % of clients of gerontological establishments of social protection needed a permanent care or had limited ability to self-care. 95,7 % of residents had extracted teeth. Level of prosthetics was 56,3 %.
