Tuberculosis and COPD: the problem of comorbidity

The study of the course of tuberculosis on the background of COPD showed mutually aggravating effect of each disease. COPD in patients hospitalized with first diagnosed tuberculosis, initially predisposed to the development of severe forms, was accompanied by the development of drug resistance, required correction tactics of patients maintaining to achieve positive results of therapy.
