Analysis of public satisfaction with the quality of the ophthalmic health care in the public and private health care institutions (by the example of Stavropol)

Sociological research has been provided – a comparative analysis of the impressions of patients receiving eye care at public health facilities and private health care organizations, including the degree of satisfaction with the quality of care. Results of the research will gain an understanding of people’s needs in terms of quality eye care provided, as well as the need to update the improvement and optimization of ophthalmic services of the city of Stavropol mainly in public health facilities.
