The mechanisms of endothelial function infringement in rats with toxic angiopathy and its possible pathogenetic correction

The aim of the research was to investigate the effects of the endogenous antioxidants on the background of cobalt chloride intoxication on biochemical indicators of endothelial dysfunction and microcirculation hemodynamics in rats in chronic experiment. The indicators of LPO, AOS, the content of nitric oxide, the exchange of cholesterol and hemodynamics in the microvasculature were researched. The data showed that on the background of treatment with coenzyme Q10 and its combination with L arginine free radical oxidation was oppressed, activity of enzymes of AOD – SOD and concentration of total metabolites of nitric oxide were increased. At the same time the content of total cholesterol and LDL cholesterol was reduced, HDL cholesterol increases. This helps in bioavailability of NO. These positive biochemical changes were reflected in increased speed of hemodynamics and microcirculation.
