Prediction postoperative purulent-inflammatory complications in pancreatoduodenectomy

The aim of the study was to develop a risk model for postoperative inflammatory complications in pancreatoduodenal resection based on 14 years of experience. Pancreatoduodenal resection was performed in 105 patients. As a result, most informative risk factors of postoperative inflammatory complications were identified. The following risk factors were the most informative: «juicy» pancreatic parenchyma, Wirsung duct diameter less than 2,4 mm, the level of direct bilirubin more than 62,3 mmol.
