The paper presents a comparative analysis of electroencephalogram (EEG) parameters in adolescents of the Dagestan group of the North Caucasian language group and the Turkic group of the Altaic language group. Analysis of EEG rhythms representation of the female organism revealed maximum presence of delta, theta and gamma rhythms in Dargins and beta1 rhythm in Turkmen. At the same time, in Dargin girls delta and gamma rhythms are expressed in the central-parietal leads and beta1 rhythm was found in Turkmen girls in the temporal lead. At electroencephalogram of Dargin girls 6 loci of rhythmic activity were revealed, 4 of which were found in areas of the brain left hemisphere. In Turkmen girls 2 loci of rhythmic activity were revealed in areas of the left hemisphere of the brain. Analysis of EEG rhythms representation of the male organism in adolescence ontogenesis revealed maximum representation of the delta, theta, alpha, beta1, beta2 and gamma rhythms only in Dargin boys. At the same time, of 25 loci of EEG rhythms activity in Dargin boys, 15 loci were identified in the areas of the brain on the left. In Turkmen boys any single locus of the brain neuron rhythmic activity was not revealed. The brain of Dargin teenagers who represent Dagestan group included in the North Caucasian language group differs in greater degree of the brain neurons rhythmic activity.
