Evaluation of the body adaptive and regulatory status at different stages of compensation of edematous form of premenstrual syndrome

The data are given on the use of cardiorespiratory synchronization test to assess the regulatory and adaptive status of the body in order to improve the quality of the diagnosis of compensation stages in the edematous form of premenstrual syndrome. The study involved 45 patients with edematous form of premenstrual syndrome and 20 conditionally healthy women. The interrelation was made not only between the time of appearance, severity of symptoms and decreasing the regulatory and adaptive status, but also between the compensation stages. The values of regulatory and adaptive status index, as an indicator of the functionality of the body, can serve as an additional criterion in determining the compensation stage of premenstrual syndrome.
